Domestic Shipping
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage should take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail should take approximately 1-3 business days to be delivered. Please note that we are unable to account for any potential delays with the shipping carrier during transit.
- Shipping Costs: We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders. However, you may select express shipping for an additional fee.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays once items have been dispatched, as these are influenced by external factors beyond our control. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
International Shipping
Our international shipping is powered by Shopify Managed Markets, facilitated by Global-e.
- Shipping Locations: We ship products globally with few exceptions. If you are unsure if we deliver to your country, please contact us at support@seventhreadsshop.com. Some product restrictions may apply based on local laws of the destination country.
- Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout and include all handling fees, duties, and taxes as per local regulations.
- Currency Conversion: Prices may be adjusted based on local currencies at checkout, inclusive of a 2.5% currency conversion fee.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): In select countries, taxes and duties are included in the price displayed. For others, taxes and duties will be calculated and added during the checkout process. The duty and tax amounts displayed at checkout are guaranteed; there are no additional charges upon delivery. - Delivery Duty Upnpaid (DDU): In some regions, we do not collect duties and taxes, and customers may need to pay these upon delivery. Can I return or exchange my purchases?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part. If we have made a mistake with your order, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Please make sure to refer to our size charts prior to placing an order to avoid any trouble with the fit of your items. We will not be accepting exchanges due to ill-fitting items at this time.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number and link to to track your order. If you have not received one within 4 days of placing your order, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com.
I’ve placed more than one order, can they be combined?
At this time, orders can not be combined. While we recognize that customers may place multiple orders during a drop, combining orders will lead to complications such as delayed shipping times. We always want to do our best to get orders to you correctly and as quickly as possible which is why we do not combine orders.
My tracking number doesn’t show any updates. What should I do?
Please allow 72 hours for your tracking information to update as the package is being transferred to the shipping carrier. If your tracking information has not been updated after 72 hours, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com with your order and tracking numbers.
My tracking information shows that my order has been delivered but I haven’t received it.
Please confirm that the shipping address shown in your order confirmation email contains the correct shipping address. If you find that the order was shipped to the incorrect address, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com with your order number and the correct shipping address.
If your order was shipped to the correct address, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier to see if they can provide further information on your order’s location. If the shipping carrier is unable to help, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com with your order number.

The shipping address on my order is wrong. Can I edit it?
