Domestic Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage deliveries generally take approximately 2–5 business days, while USPS Priority Mail deliveries generally take approximately 1–3 business days. These are estimated transit times and do not include order processing. Carrier delays may occur.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping on domestic orders over $50.00. Shipping fees for orders under $50.00 are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.

  • Carrier Delays: Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays after dispatch or for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

International Shipping

Our international shipping is powered by Shopify Managed Markets, facilitated by Global-e.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship internationally to many countries, with some exceptions. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact support@seventhreadsshop.com. Certain products may be restricted under the destination country's laws.

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Applicable handling fees, duties, and taxes are displayed according to the destination and shipping arrangement.

  • Currency Conversion: Prices may be displayed and adjusted in local currencies, including an applicable 2.5% currency conversion fee.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): In select countries, applicable duties and taxes are included in displayed prices. In other DDP destinations, these charges are calculated and added during checkout. Duties and taxes collected under DDP are intended to cover the applicable import charges, so customers should not be charged those amounts again upon delivery.   • Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): In certain regions, we do not collect import duties and taxes at checkout. Customers may be responsible for paying these charges upon delivery. PO Box Deliveries: Orders shipped to PO Box addresses may only be eligible for DHL eCommerce Parcel International Direct or DHL eCommerce Parcel International Standard.

Fulfillment and Handling

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed on business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.

  • Shipping Time: International deliveries typically take approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, although delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Returns: We do not accept voluntary returns on international orders. Refunds or other remedies may be available under specific circumstances or as required by applicable law. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for details.

  • Carrier Delays: We cannot guarantee carrier transit times. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Address Corrections: To maintain accurate duties and tax calculations, we cannot modify the shipping country, state, or province for orders with prepaid duties or orders shipping to Canada or Brazil.

Local Payment Methods (International Orders)

We support various local payment methods to make international purchases more convenient. Available options vary by country and may include Klarna, PayPal, and local credit or payment services.
