Returns

Can I return or exchange my purchases?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part. If we have made a mistake with your order, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

Please make sure to refer to our size charts prior to placing an order to avoid any trouble with the fit of your items. We will not be accepting exchanges due to ill-fitting items at this time.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are excited to anounce that we now offer international shipping!!! Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer FREE standard shipping for all domestic orders. However, you may select express shipping for an additional fee.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include all handling fees, duties, and taxes as per local regulations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it’s been shipped?

Our order processing time is 2-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Domestic orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage should take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered. Domestic orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail should take approximately 1-3 business days to be delivered.

International deliveries can vary greatly but typically arrive within 7-21 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

Please note that we are unable to account for any potential delays with the shipping carrier during transit.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number and link to to track your order. If you have not received one within 4 days of placing your order, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com.

I’ve placed more than one order, can they be combined?

At this time, orders can not be combined. While we recognize that customers may place multiple orders during a drop, combining orders will lead to complications such as delayed shipping times. We always want to do our best to get orders to you correctly and as quickly as possible which is why we do not combine orders.

My tracking number doesn’t show any updates. What should I do?

Please allow 72 hours for your tracking information to update as the package is being transferred to the shipping carrier. If your tracking information has not been updated after 72 hours, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com with your order and tracking numbers.

My tracking information shows that my order has been delivered but I haven’t received it. 

Please confirm that the shipping address shown in your order confirmation email contains the correct shipping address. If you find that the order was shipped to the incorrect address, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. 

If your order was shipped to the correct address, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier to see if they can provide further information on your order’s location. If the shipping carrier is unable to help, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com with your order number.

Please note that we do not assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

The shipping address on my order is wrong. Can I edit it?

Please always double-check your shipping address before completing your order at check out, making sure apartment, unit, or suite numbers are included.

If an address was entered in error, please send an email to our support team via support@seventhreadsshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order and include the correct shipping address in your email. Please note that we are unable to hold orders or edit the address once it has shipped.

Each product page includes sizing information, including a size chart.

When will out of stock items be back?

You can sign up for our email list where we will send out notifications for the statuses of our restocks. We also recommend following us on Instagram for further restock information.
